group seminars

These sessions are open to all smokers wishing to quit smoking. The fee to attend is $400 in the US and $375 (plus GST) in Canada. The session lasts around six hours. Attendees are welcome to smoke throughout, so five smoke breaks are built into the seminar. A symbolic final cigarette is smoked during the fifth smoke break and your expectation should be to leave the session as a happy non-smoker.

Sessions are conducted by fully-qualified Allen Carr's Easyway facilitators.

All our facilitators are former smokers who themselves quit using the Easyway approach and all are licensed Members of the Association of Allen Carr Therapists International, a qualification currently bestowed upon fewer than 100 people around the world.
